Proof of Execution: Turning AI from a Black Box into a Record

Traditional logs cannot prove what an AI actually did. Signed, chained receipts on a blockchain give compliance, billing and disputes one verifiable record.

How it works

How AI logs get edited or lost, and how receipts stop it

Without Hyper 0X

No proof of what the AI did

  1. AI agentActs on its own
  2. Internal systemData the AI touches
  3. Local logOpen to edits
  4. RegulatorAsks what happened
  1. 1The AI agent reads data, calls an internal system and acts on its own.
  2. 2Its log lives on the same system that the AI touches.
  3. 3Someone can edit or delete the log, or the log is simply incomplete.
  4. 4When a regulator asks what happened, nobody can prove it.

With Hyper 0X

One record that every party can verify

  1. AI agentActs on its own
  2. Internal systemNo change needed
  3. Signed receiptWho, what, when
  4. Receipt chainLinks to the last one
  5. Hyper 0XAnchors the chain
  6. RegulatorChecks one record
  1. 1Hyper 0X sits next to your systems and needs no change to business logic.
  2. 2Every AI decision and action becomes a signed transaction on Hyper 0X.
  3. 3Each receipt links to the one before it, so a deleted or edited entry shows at once.
  4. 4Regulators, finance teams and counterparties all check the same record.

Proof of execution means that every AI decision and action leaves a signed, chained receipt on a blockchain. A blockchain is a shared ledger that you can only add to. Each receipt shows who did what and when. It also links to the receipt before it, so any deleted or edited entry is immediately visible. Proof of execution turns AI from a black box (a system that you cannot see inside) into a record. Regulators, finance teams and counterparties can all verify that record.

Why are logs not enough?

AI adoption is inevitable, but trust is not. Enterprises in banking, healthcare and insurance want AI that can access data, call internal systems and act on its own. But they also need to prove afterwards exactly what happened. Traditional logs live on the same systems that the AI touches. Someone can edit or delete them, or they can simply be incomplete.

How does a receipt chain work?

On Hyper 0X, every AI decision and action becomes a transaction (an entry on the blockchain). Each transaction carries a signature and a link to the previous receipt. The blockchain anchors the chain, so nobody can quietly rewrite history. Not even an administrator or the AI itself can do it.

What is it used for?

  • Compliance: proof for regulators that you followed the controls.
  • Billing: an exact record of what each AI workload consumed.
  • Disputes: one shared record that every party can verify.

How does it fit next to existing systems?

Hyper 0X sits next to existing systems. It needs no change to current business logic or infrastructure. We protect how AI runs, not what AI thinks. Pavii, our security gateway, is under development. It will bring the same idea to AI agents and anchor the logs of every agent on Hyper 0X. To learn more, read our guide How to Secure AI Agents.

Frequently asked questions

What is proof of execution for AI?

It is a signed, chained receipt for every AI decision and action, stored on a blockchain. It proves who did what and when. Any gap or edit in the chain is immediately visible.

Does it require changing existing systems?

No. Hyper 0X records the receipts next to your existing systems. It needs no changes to current business logic or infrastructure.
